At Faith Anchored, we believe that every community, every church, and every individual can stand strong when their faith is anchored in Jesus Christ. We are a nonprofit organization with a mission to bring hope, healing, and transformation to those in need, both near and far. Our goal is to provide resources for churches, support global missions, fight injustice, and foster the growth of the Kingdom of God through acts of compassion and service.
Faith Anchored exists to:
- Empower Churches – We provide essential resources to churches, strengthening their ability to reach out to their communities, share the gospel, and foster spiritual growth.
- Facilitate Church Planting – By supporting church planting initiatives, we aim to expand the Kingdom of God, bringing the message of Jesus to new places and people.
- Combat Injustice – We partner with organizations fighting human trafficking and other social injustices, bringing awareness, action, and change to those who suffer.
- Serve the World – Our mission trips bring aid, resources, and love to underserved communities, meeting physical and spiritual needs.
- Promote Education and Health – We support projects that foster education, health, and well-being, ensuring communities can thrive and live with hope.
- Be the Hands and Feet of Jesus – Through various charitable initiatives, we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus, reaching out to those in need with practical love.

As Hebrews 6:19 reminds us, "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." No matter what you face, no matter how strong the storms may be, Jesus remains steadfast.

Leadership
Phil LaColla
President and treasurer
Phil LaColla is a devoted follower of Christ with a heart for ministry, entrepreneurship, and giving back. Currently, he serves with Open Door Ministry, a food bank where he supports the team by praying for those in need and sharing the Good News on stage. Driven by a passion for seeing lives transformed through faith, Phil dedicates himself to prayer, healing, and proclaiming God’s love to the community.
As the founder of Alocito and On The Go Advertising, Phil leveraged his entrepreneurial expertise to solve real-world challenges while fostering connection and innovation. In the past, he led service and fellowship events at his church, served on nonprofits as president of Michigan Avenue Toastmasters, and directed sales for the North Dearborn Association’s Garden Walk. As a Faith Anchored board member, Phil brings his faith, entrepreneurial vision, and passion for ministry to advance the mission of inspiring hope and empowering lives through Christ-centered service.
Rev. Dr. Robert Valencia-Aiken
Vice President
Dr. Robert, a Christian, husband, father, veteran, and seasoned mentor, brings over 20 years of experience in ministry, chaplaincy, and tailored mentoring services. His nearly decade-long service in the U.S. Air Force shaped his leadership, discipline, and integrity, which he now applies to empowering others in their personal, professional, and spiritual growth. With expertise in Communicology and Entrepreneurship, Robert combines effective communication and innovative problem-solving to guide individuals through life’s complexities. As a Faith Anchored board member, he is dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission of inspiring hope, cultivating wholeness, and helping individuals achieve their God-given potential.
Bradley Savino
Secretary
Bradley Savino is a Christ-centered entrepreneur, philanthropist, and active member of the Rotary Club, dedicated to glorifying God through his work in business and community service. As the Chief Marketing Officer of a creative studio, former owner of a thriving printing business, and co-founder of a restaurant venture, Bradley uses his God-given talents to lead with excellence and innovation. His entrepreneurial journey is guided by his faith, inspiring him to give generously and serve others in need. Bradley’s commitment to service reflects his belief in living out the Gospel by building community, supporting charitable initiatives, and demonstrating Christ’s love in all he does.
